Joseph James Spinoso is an American entrepreneur, systems strategist, and infrastructure visionary with over 40 years of experience spanning international commodity trade, corporate management, business ownership, product and marketing innovation. Raised in a third-generation family environment across family owned and operated industries in agriculture, automotive, construction and livestock businesses, he developed a practical problem-solving approach and a guiding philosophy: to build sustainable economic models that leverage natural resources and leading industries to generate long-term benefits for communities and nations.  His career combines operational leadership with visionary insight, pioneering innovations in technology, product design, and entertainment media, while anticipating emerging trends and creating scalable, high-impact enterprise solutions. He has advised six U.S. presidents on economic stimulus, domestic and foreign policy measures, and forward-looking economic concepts…many of which have influenced national strategies. Beyond the United States, he has shared ideas and policy recommendations with government leaders both foreign and domestic, philanthropic organizations, and international institutions, including the IMF and World Bank, addressing economic development, humanitarian initiatives, and the ethical use of Grant and USAID funding dating pre-D.O.G.E.. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & INNOVATION

• Operational Leadership & Business Development: Held leadership roles as an owner, operator, manager, marketer, and product designer across companies including Outback Steakhouse, Walmart, Petland, and independent retail businesses. Responsibilities included product development, marketing strategy, construction oversight, operational efficiency improvements, owner/operator responsibilities, franchise and employee training.

• Inventor & Product Innovator: Developed laser leveling tools, shock energy recovery systems, and multi-motor EV drivetrain concepts as early as age 7. Created a powerful and extremely safe handwipe with strong marketing appeal Happywipes.com and owns marketing IP to boost production and theatrical revenues. Contributed to product, merchandising, and marketing enhancements for major corporations including McDonald’s, Walgreens, Taco Bell, and other leading retail and hospitality brands.

• Entertainment Industry: Owns a library of original content across multiple genres for television and film productions. Manages domains and websites supporting production studio operations and talent discovery, including WantToBeAStar.com, conceived ahead of its time…predating platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. All content and digital assets are designed for integration into the production studio campus, World Works Entertainment, supporting creative development and studio operations.

• Mining & Resource Trade: Led gold and diamond trading operations across multiple regions of Africa, developing international resource partnerships and gaining firsthand experience in global commodity markets. Owned and operated several mining sites across the continent.

• Humanitarian & Community Development Initiatives: Designed and led charitable programs, including pharmacy buildout and initiatives in Sierra Leone, West Africa, to improve healthcare access and support sustainable community development.
